Options for yoga at school can include after school enrichment or during school gym alternative. Reach out to discuss options for how to bring yoga and mindfulness to your school.
Yoga and libraries go together like tomatoes and mozzarella. Storytime yoga, mindfulness and journaling, parent/baby yoga, family bedtime yoga in pjs...lots of options. Reach out to plan your next event or series.
Yoga helps all humans, young and old, to develop healthy habits and live healthier lives. Yoga teaches us to think good thoughts and do good deeds. I use games, songs and stories to teach breathwork and meditation and encourage movement and gratitude.
Feel free to contact us with any questions or inquiries, or to learn more about our class schedules. If you're interested in a monthly newsletter, please note and we will add you to the list!
I am a yoga teacher, mom to Rey (7 y/o human) and Nougat (14 y/o boston terrier), wife, sister, daughter, lover of all seasons and creatures of nature, curator of small art, collector of rocks and shells, baker.
I started my teaching journey by completing the Peace Play Children's Yoga Teacher Training in Peapack, NJ. I have continued my education through online programs, including Kids Yoga Teacher Training by Peaceful Babes and Yoga Philosophy and Fundamentals by My-Yoga. I love increasing my knowledge of all aspects of Yoga so I can better educate all my little yogis.
My goal is to make yoga accessible at home, school and libraries. I want all of my students to feel comfortable and confident to utilize their yoga and meditation practice on a daily basis.
